Vegetables

 

The vegetable usually means an edible plant or part of a plant other than a sweet fruit or seed. This typically means the leaf, stem, or root of a plant. Most plants grow above the top of the soil, some plants such as peas and beans are climbers and need support. Few vergetables develop under the surface of the soil but they still need sunshine and so their leave grow above the ground.
